My main responsibilities within the company include managing online sales and customer enquiries. I also assist in the day to day running of the machines and general maintenance of tech around the workshop. I joined the team with a basic knowledge of the business and have since acquired the skills needed to excel in my field. I came to the position completely self taught in the use of design software and IT hardware and have since been brought up to speed on machinery and software specific to the company with the assistance of James and Jez. I fill a peculiar shaped niche in the business, but I feel I fill it well.
